Diani Cerebral Palsy Caregivers was formed in 2019 by a group of parents determined to support children living with cerebral palsy, autism, spina bifida, epilepsy, and Down syndrome.
What began with 16 children has now grown into a community-based organisation supporting over 400 children across different parts of Kwale County.
Through therapy services, inclusive education, feeding programs, caregiver empowerment, and mental wellness support, we continue to create hope and opportunities for children and families living with disabilities.
Diani Cerebral Palsy Caregivers was officially registered on 16 January 2020 after parents and caregivers came together to advocate for better care, inclusion, and opportunities for children with disabilities.

Due to stigma, lack of inclusive learning institutions, and limited acceptance in mainstream schools, the organisation established the Diani CP Special School, officially opened on 8 July 2024.
